We will meet our clients' needs and requirements while continuously improving our quality management. We shall set an annual quality objective and endeavour to achieve it, and all of our employees will be aware of and follow our quality policy.

• Customer complaints should not exceed than 2 number's, which helps us to improve customer trust in our Quality.
• Aim zero PPM at customer end to achieve the highest quality performance.
• Targeted zero PPM in-house rejection to improve our quality products and profitable business growth.
• Delivery on time at customer end for customers satisfaction.
• 1% rework was determined, so that frequently improvements in the production process will be mandate.
• 1% breakdown was determined, so that it would be easy to increase production.
• Maximum Kizen improvement in factory area, which helps in developing the skills of the employee as well as improves the quality products.
• Determined to provide maximum training in a planned manner. Which will improve the advance skills of the employees.
